Band and blog

I'm gonna promote my blog, and my friend's band, who I do promotion for. my blog is @ http://thesceneandheard.tumblr.com it's basically a music blog with news, reviews, recommendations and other things. it's not completely genre specific, but it has heavy focus on rock and metal. my friends band is Slaughter On Penn. Ave. they're a grunge-punk band from Minnesota. you can find em on Myspace, but most of their current promotion is being done through their Purevolume @ http://purevolume.com/slaughteronpennave . they have 3 songs up currently: "Fade Away", the first single off their upcoming debut album, a cover of blink-182's "Blow Job" and a cover of The Vaseline's "Jesus Doesn't Want Me For A Sunbeam".
