Drop Down Menu? Empty Drop Down Menu?

As much as I love the site, it's really a pain in the butt to have to press ctrl-F while trying to find a band, rather than just typing as with a drop down menu, but the length of the board makes it hard to scroll accurately to one place. Plus, it'll make the place look prettier (:
